Below are the key forms and training links required for participation and compliance with club and league standards. Please review and complete any that apply to you or your player:

REGISTRATION
STEP-BY-STEP

To join Fire FC for the upcoming season, players must complete two separate registrations, one through Utah Youth Soccer Association (UYSA) and another through Ollie, our club management platform.

STEP #1

REGISTER WITH UYSA (AFFINITY)

All players must register with UYSA to be eligible to participate in sanctioned matches and events.

  • Go to uysa-fire.sportsaffinity.com
  • Click “Register/Login” and access the Affinity portal
  • Select the appropriate season and region
  • Complete all required fields and upload necessary documents
  • Pay the UYSA registration fee directly through Affinity

This step covers your player’s insurance and allows them to be rostered on a UYSA-sanctioned team.

STEP #2

REGISTER WITH FIRE FC (VIA OLLIE)

Once UYSA registration is complete, players must also register with Fire FC through Ollie, our team management system.

  • You will receive an email invite or registration link from your team coach or manager
  • Follow the link to create an account or log in to Ollie
  • Choose the appropriate team and complete registration
  • Pay the club and team fees through Ollie

This step officially places your player on a Fire FC roster and provides access to schedules, communication, and club updates.

TRAINING SCHEDULE

Our club's training sessions are held regularly throughout the week for different age groups and skill levels.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

Fees vary based on the program and season and are designed to create affordable access to competitive soccer.

TOURNAMENT PARTICIPATION

Members have opportunities to participate in local and regional tournaments and gain valuable competitive experience.
