FIRE FAMILY IN ACTION
FireStorm connects younger players with recent Fire FC graduates for focused, affordable training. Families gain access to relatable mentors who have played the game at a high level, while graduates earn money, build leadership skills, and stay connected to the club.
Every listed trainer is approved by Fire FC and follows the club’s training, conduct, and safety standards.

Set your availability, choose the ages and skills you want to train, and earn money while helping the next generation of Fire FC players.
Independent trainers must be at least 18 and complete the full FireStorm approval pathway before their profile becomes public. Younger graduates may apply to assist supervised group clinics.
THE FIRESTORM STANDARD
A graduate does not appear in the public trainer directory until every baseline requirement is current and verified by Fire FC.
TRAINER QUICK START
Use the same legal name, birthdate, and email throughout. Matching information allows U.S. Soccer and Utah Youth Soccer records to sync correctly.
Open the Learning Center and select Join Us Today. Use your exact legal information and the email you will use for your FireStorm profile.
OPEN THE U.S. SOCCER LEARNING CENTERFrom your dashboard, open Safe Soccer, select Details, and complete every free Phase 1 item. This includes SafeSport Core and the Safe and Healthy Play Environments concussion course. Your dashboard should show four checkmarks when Phase 1 is complete. SafeSport and concussion training must be renewed annually.
VIEW UTAH'S STEP-BY-STEP GUIDEChoose Coaching Education, then Available Coaching Courses, and complete the free Introduction to Grassroots course. FireStorm requires the introduction. Two in-person Grassroots courses are required only if you later serve as a rostered Utah head or assistant coach.
FIND COACHING COURSESFire FC will register you through the club's Utah-approved screening process. Complete the disclosure and authorization sent to your email. Do not purchase a separate U.S. Soccer background check unless Fire FC directs you to do so.
REVIEW UTAH REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTSEmail your Phase 1 certificate, Grassroots certificate, and U.S. Soccer ID to Fire FC. If your records sync automatically, send a screenshot showing the completed dashboard and four checkmarks.
EMAIL YOUR CERTIFICATESReview the supervision, communication, concussion, and session-planning standards with Fire FC, then complete one observed or co-led training session. Fire FC activates your public profile after every item is verified.
FIRESTORM LAUNCH POLICY
For individual and duo training, the player’s parent, guardian, or designated responsible adult must remain within sight and able to interrupt the session. For group training, a parent or a second Fire FC approved adult must serve as the onsite session supervisor.
No trainer may transport a player, communicate privately with a minor, train in a private residence, or continue a session when the required supervising adult is absent.

Submit the player information once. Your selected spot is held while Fire FC confirms the session.
