MEET THE COACHES
Get to know Fire FC technical directors Danny Santos and Zac Hales. Both hold a U.S. Soccer C License and bring years of experience to our players and coaches.
DANNY SANTOS
TECHNICAL DIRECTOR · U.S. SOCCER C LICENSE
Danny's coached for more than 20 years and has been with Fire FC since the start of his coaching career. He's also spent nearly 19 seasons at Dixie High School and is a five-time P1 Presidents Cup champion.
His approach gives players room to create, compete, and enjoy the ball at their feet. Away from the field, he enjoys history and tacos. His favorite player is Ronaldo Nazário.

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR · U.S. SOCCER C LICENSE
Zac grew up playing in St. George, spent four seasons at Dixie State, now Utah Tech, and serves as an assistant coach with Utah Tech men's soccer. He also spent 12 years on the Snow Canyon boys coaching staff.
Zac puts player development and personal growth together. He wants athletes to leave his teams prepared for their next opportunity, both in soccer and in life.

GROWING TOGETHER
Our U9 through U11 teams are a big part of the Fire Family too. SU-IRL doesn't publish standings at these ages. Keep celebrating their effort, confidence, and progress with the ball.
DEVELOP THE PLAYER. BUILD THE PERSON.
OUR MATCHDAY STANDARD
BE LOUD FOR OUR PLAYERS.
Encourage their teammates. Respect the opponent and the referee. Players, coaches, and families all represent Fire FC. Don't argue calls, direct comments at officials, or coach over the team from the sideline. If there's a concern, bring it to your coach or team manager so it can go through the proper channel. Referee abuse can cost an entire team its spectators. Let's hold ourselves to a better standard.
UYSA Zero Tolerance PolicyKNOW YOUR SIDELINE.
SU-IRL
Sit on the same sideline as your team. Facing the field, spectators belong to the left of midfield; coaches and substitutes belong to the right.
The spectator area starts 10 yards from midfield and extends 20 yards toward the left goal line. Stay at least two yards back from the touchline.
SU-IRL seating policyNATIONAL ONE
Follow the home team's directions. Where possible, spectators sit across the field from coaches and players.
Stay at least two yards from the touchline and 18 yards from the goal lines. Keep the areas behind the goals clear and follow the referee's instructions.
